Dye Sublimation Printing
Dye sublimation is an advanced, waterless printing process that converts solid dye into gas under controlled heat and pressure, fusing colour deep into polyester fibres rather than coating the surface. This creates rich, continuous tones with high accuracy and smooth gradients that do not crack, peel or fade.
Because the colour becomes part of the fabric, the result is a lightweight, crease-resistant and fully recyclable print option that suits tension systems, SEG graphics and soft signage. Using energy-efficient heat presses and eco-certified inks, dye sublimation delivers vibrant performance with minimal environmental impact and long-term reusability.
Key benefits
Vibrant and durable colour: deep saturation and smooth tone transitions that last.
Washable and reusable: retains brilliance through multiple uses and event cycles.
Lightweight and lower impact: reduced shipping weight and energy use during transport.
Sustainable choice: waterless process compatible with recycled polyester fabrics including rPET.
UV Printing
UV printing uses precision-controlled LED light to instantly cure specially formulated inks applied to fabrics, PVC or rigid substrates. Rapid curing removes the need for solvents or heat-intensive drying, helping reduce emissions and energy use.
The process produces crisp, high-contrast prints with strong colour coverage and excellent opacity, delivering consistent results on rigid panels, flexible banners and bespoke exhibition graphics. Low-VOC inks and instant drying support faster, cleaner production, help minimise waste and provide a durable, scratch-resistant finish that stands up to repeated installation and transport.
Key benefits
High definition results: sharp lines, vivid colour and solid coverage.
Energy-efficient LED curing: lower heat and reduced electricity consumption.
Lower emissions: solvent-free, low-VOC inks and cleaner production.
Long-lasting and recyclable routes: robust prints on substrates designed for reuse.
Latex Printing
Latex printing uses water-based inks that bond securely to flexible and rigid substrates under moderate heat, producing highly durable graphics without solvents. The technology delivers bright, consistent colour and a smooth matte finish while maintaining the flexibility of the base material.
This makes it ideal for textiles, self-adhesive vinyl, wallpapers and interior graphics. The process has very low odour, emits minimal VOCs and supports media and cartridge recycling schemes, which is valuable for retail, hospitality and education projects where indoor air quality and responsible production are priorities.
Key benefits
Sustainable and solvent-free: water-based inks with low VOC emissions.
Versatile and flexible: suitable for rigid, textile and adhesive media.
Safe for indoor environments: very low odour and certifications for sensitive spaces.
Recycling friendly: supports closed-loop cartridge and media recycling where available.
