Nine simple steps to perfect print-ready artwork

To help ensure the best possible print results, we’ve outlined some key artwork checks below. For full specifications, templates, and detailed guidance, please visit our Artwork Guidelines page .

Artwork saved as PDF. Recommended preset: PDF/X-4:2010. Maximum file size 75MB
Document colour mode is set to CMYK
All fonts are outlined
Graphics matched to the correct template: centred and in the gross size of the respective template.
Please note the template is supplied at 25% of the finished size as the printer RIP will scale it to 100%
All linked images must have a minimum resolution of 300dpi at 25% scale
The print file should not contain template lines
Letter size not less than 3mm; 2mm for lines
Overprint attribute disabled
Recommended values for black: C100, M100, Y100, K100
