2. Eligibility: This promotion is available exclusively to approved trade customers of Ultima Displays. Retail consumers are not eligible. Ultima Displays reserves the right to verify trade status before applying the promotion.
3. Promotion period: The promotion is valid for orders placed from 1 April 2026 until 23:59 (UK time) on 31 May 2026, unless withdrawn earlier in accordance with these terms.
4. Qualifying products: The promotion applies only to qualifying products within the Ultima Displays flag range available online, including Zoom+ Feather, Crest, Quill, Edge, Zoom Arch, Mistral, Wind Dancer, Shimmer and Street Flags.
5. Discount offer: Customers will receive 10% off qualifying products when entering the promotional code FLAG10 in the discount code box at checkout.
6. Online purchases only: The promotion applies only to orders placed through the Ultima Displays website and cannot be applied to orders placed via telephone, email or any other ordering method unless explicitly agreed by Ultima Displays.
7. Stock availability: All promotional purchases are subject to product availability. The promotion applies while stocks last, and Ultima Displays does not guarantee product availability for the duration of the promotion period.
8. Exclusions: The promotional discount applies to qualifying flag products only and excludes delivery charges, installation services, design services, print services and any other additional services or charges.
9. Combination with other offers: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, promotional code, pricing agreement or special offer, unless explicitly stated by Ultima Displays.
10. No cash alternative: The promotional discount has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for credit or other benefits.
11. Right to withdraw or amend: Ultima Displays reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its control or for operational or commercial reasons.
12. Errors and omissions: Ultima Displays reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where pricing errors, system errors or promotional code misuse occur, and to correct any such errors.
13. General terms of sale: All purchases made under this promotion are subject to the standard Ultima Displays Terms and Conditions of Sale, available on the Ultima Displays website.
14. Governing law: These promotional terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
